Nico Dantaz holds a BA in English Language teaching, an MA in applied linguistics with a line of research in TESOL, and is currently pursuing his Ph.D. in education. He’s worked as a language teacher, teacher trainer, and speaking examiner for over 20 years. He’s lectured extensively regarding the role of communication, content and technology in ELT. He’s also written and edited articles, book chapters, and coursebooks for teaching English as a foreign language. His latest publication includes All Sorts, published by McGraw Hill and co-authored with Rachel Finnie.

Thalía Darwish currently works as a Teacher Trainer and International Academic Consultant for McGraw Hill. She has experience working as a teacher, Language coordinator, and as an editor in chief in publishing educational resources. In this role, Thalía worked closely with university teachers to effectively and efficiently publish their materials. She began teaching in 2010, and since then she has taught English to Kindergarten, Elementary, Middle School and High School Students. In 2018, she had the opportunity to teach a university class called Creative Industries. These experiences helped her understand the diversity and complexity of each grade level. Moreover, it helped her develop teaching techniques to increase motivation and class engagement according to her students' age. Thalía’s educational background is in Communication Studies; she completed her bachelor’s degree at Instituto Tecnológico de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey. In 2014 she completed her master’s in Media Industries at the University of Leeds.
